This study evaluates the effect of a skin cancer continuing education program for massage therapists. Findings indicate significant improvement in the ability of massage therapists to recognize melanoma, but not suspicious legions, after the workshop. Therefore, the authors recommend that a longer and more detailed workshop may be necessary.
