This systematic review evaluates the evidence for spinal manual therapy (SMT) interventions in patients 4-17 years old with headaches or mechanical spinal pain. Four studies are included in the review, all of which had poor methodology. Findings indicate that the evidence is still unclear in the use of SMT in pediatric patients.
